The insulated glass-fiber rectangular tube frames produced by our factory are made from modified SMC composite material combined with alkali-free glass fiber. They are formed as a single piece through a continuous pultrusion process, resulting in uniform, pale yellow hollow rectangular profiles with dense, thick walls and a consistent, uniform cross-section. The product is primarily designed for electrical insulation support applications and is suitable for amorphous alloy transformers, energy storage cabinet enclosures, and internal frameworks of high-voltage electrical equipment. Cross-sectional dimensions, wall thickness, and fixed lengths can be customized as needed.
